How Does Furrvy Service Work?

Pet trainers with professional experience will groom and train your pet from the comfort of your own Home and Time. Choose from a list of available slots, and you’ll get matched with the best professional groomer and pet stylist who will arrive at your home according to your selected time slots. The pet professional will bring tools and accessories required to complete the grooming. They will also clean up the area which they use during the pet grooming and training session.

Can I Book a Specific Groomer or trainer?

Based on the information, groomer and trainer availability and the grooming or training service you’re looking for your furr baby, we will match you with a pet groomer/trainer. All groomers and trainers on Furrvy, we have professional grooming, training and dayboarding experience of more than 3+ years in grooming, training and dayboarding and have passed an enhanced background check.

Can I Book a Specific Groomer or trainer?

When boarding your pet, you need not to worry about anything, We provide bedding, bowls, toys, customised food and plenty of love and attention while your pet is in our care. Only if your baby have any running medication, please discuss with our pet expert while admission.

Do you offer playtime and socialization?

Yes, we offer playtime and socialization activities for boarding pets.4 hours and 30 mins of dedicated physical exercise.

Can I bring my pet’s own food?

No, only in the case of a doctors recommendation, you can bring your pet’s own food.

Do you have a pet store?

Yes, we have a pet store.

What do I need to Provide The Pet Groomer/trainer?

No, we do not offer emergency pet care services. However, we can help you with dedicated pet experts in case of emergencies.

What is the Cancellation policy?

In order to receive a full refund, grooming, training and dayboarding appointments must be canceled at least 2 hours before the day of the service for your pet. Cancellations made within 2 hours will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of the booking price. If an appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours, there will be no rescheduling fee.
